Run a secure election without the administrative nightmare.
VoteKiosk gives associations, AGMs, professional bodies, and clubs a modern way to run elections — voters get a one-time code by email or SMS, cast a secret ballot from any device, and your board gets a defensible, auditable result. No printed ballots, no manual tallying, no spreadsheets.

Email & SMS voter access
Each voter is verified against your roll and receives a one-time code by email or text — nothing to print, mail, or hand out.
Guaranteed ballot secrecy
The platform records that someone voted, never how they voted. Identity and ballot data are architecturally separated, not just policy-separated.
Remote and in-person
Voters can cast a ballot from their own device, or at a supervised desk at your AGM — both count against the same roll, so nobody can vote twice.
Real-time turnout, defensible results
Watch turnout as it happens. Once published, results are locked — a disputed election can always be shown the original figures.
Built for non-technical admins
Build your ballot, upload your voter roll, and open voting — no IT department required.
Backups and safeguards
Clone a ballot before opening it, and recover instantly if something needs fixing after the fact — your election never has to stop.
Who it's for
VoteKiosk is built for organizations that hold real elections with real stakes: homeowner and condo associations, professional and trade bodies, unions, clubs and societies, co-ops, and company or board elections — typically anywhere from a few dozen to several thousand voters.

About our text messages
VoteKiosk texts a voter only when that voter asks, on their election's voting page, to receive a one-time ballot access code by text. We send no marketing messages. Message frequency varies, typically one or two messages per election. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
